Organizer FAQ
BubbleTower FAQ
Straight answers about the bubbles, the setup, and what to tell us about your event.
What is the BubbleYou® Bubble Tower?
It is a large-scale bubble attraction for public events. It fills outdoor gathering spaces with floating bubbles, movement, photo moments, and crowd-friendly delight.
What kinds of events is it best for?
It is best for outdoor public events, fairs, festivals, civic celebrations, community gatherings, commerce district activations, and sponsor-friendly event zones. Private celebrations, rodeos, school and church events, graduations, weddings, and memorial gatherings can also be discussed when the site and setup fit.
Is an operator included?
Yes. A professional operator is included so the attraction is run by someone familiar with the equipment and event flow. The team handles delivery, setup, operation, supervision, teardown, and removal. Staffing is usually one operator and may be two depending on the event.
Does it need a generator?
The Bubble Tower is solar-powered and generator-free, with battery backup; no external power cord is needed for normal operation. Quote details still depend on the event location, date, runtime, and setup needs.
Is it good for all ages?
Yes. The attraction is built for all-ages public-event appeal and works well where families, visitors, and passersby can gather safely. People can enjoy the bubbles as participants or spectators, and the changing bubbles make inviting photo moments. The operator adjusts the bubble rhythm for conditions and the crowd.
Where do you work?
BubbleTower serves public events across Colorado and surrounding states. Exact travel and service details are confirmed during the quote conversation.
How much space does it need?
Exact footprint and placement details need confirmation for the specific event site. The full-size tower needs more room during assembly and teardown than during operation; the Mini Tower is a smaller option. The quote request asks enough to start that conversation without inventing specs.
What does the organizer need to provide?
Organizers should expect setup and load-in coordination, a suitable outdoor location, and safe operating conditions. Level grass, pavement, blacktop, and gravel have all been used for past events. Final hosting requirements, including vehicle access and anchoring, are confirmed during quoting.
Can sponsors be involved?
Yes. The Bubble Tower can create a high-visibility, family-friendly sponsor moment at the place people gather, photograph, and remember. Sponsor banners can be displayed on the tower, and staff can help distribute flyers or giveaways, answer questions, and point guests toward a sponsor booth when arranged for the event.
What about wind or weather?
Operation is subject to safe conditions. Wind, humidity, temperature, and smoke can affect how bubbles travel and last; still or smoky air can shorten a bubble's life. The operator can adjust the rhythm to conditions. Best operating conditions can be discussed for your date and location.
How do I request a quote?
Use the request quote form and share the event date, city, event type, expected attendance if known, and any setup notes. For events outside metro Denver, include the location, dates, and desired operating hours so travel and scheduling can be considered.
How should we name the attraction in event advertising?
Please use the protected brand wording BubbleYou® Bubble Tower and ‘the world’s biggest bubble toy®’ in posters and other event advertising.
Can it operate through a fair day and after dark?
Operating hours can be planned around the event. Past fairs and festivals have run bubbles from opening to closing or into the evening. The solar-powered Bubble Tower has battery backup, and lighting can be discussed for after-dark operation. Confirm the schedule in the quote.
What should we consider for a grass site?
Crowd foot traffic can wear grass during a long event. In still, humid conditions, bubbles may collect in one area; watering where appropriate or moving the tower a short distance may help. Discuss turf care and any relocation with the operator during site planning.
What is a Stilt Party?
A Stilt Party is a companion activity with handheld wooden stilts and bucket stilts in different sizes. Instruction, demonstrations, and challenges such as stepping over hurdles or games can be planned for a suitable area. Ask about availability and space when requesting a quote.
Can several Mini Towers make a Bubble Storm?
Multiple Mini Towers have been used together for a Bubble Storm. Ask about the number of towers, site layout, and availability in your quote request.
What is the BubbleYou™ Bubble Fountain?
The BubbleYou™ Bubble Fountain is a standalone bubble feature that can also complement a larger setup. It can illuminate bubbles for an evening event. Ask about the best fit and available configuration for your site.
Need event-specific details?
Quote details depend on event location, date, runtime, and setup needs.
